Consumer Law
Consumer Law is the branch of law that deals with legal relationships between suppliers of goods and services and their consumers.
In other words, consumer law is the sum of rules and legal principles that involve all consumer relationships, that is, the relationships between the consumer and the supplier of products and/or services.
Its objective is to ensure that consumers obtain access to information regarding the origin and quality of products and services; ensure protection against fraud in the consumer market; ensure transparency and security for users of goods and services and harmonize consumer relations through judicial intervention.
